The best frozen French fries can be made in an Air Fryer with just 2 minutes of prep time and 14 minutes in the fryer. * Crispy and ready for your favorite dipping sauce with or without a touch of olive oil.

- Frozen french fries can be cooked perfectly in this method.
- The crispiness is much greater than with baking.
- Much less oil and more health benefits than traditional French fries.
- Fast than baking in the oven
- Toss the air fryer in the dishwasher after use. * placed in the dishwasher's basket
- This is a two-minute-prep, 16-minute-cook meal that is ridiculously simple.
How to assemble the components

- I used thin cut potato French fries, but you could just as easily use curly fries, waffle fries, crinkle cut fries, shoestring fries, steak fries, or sweet potato fries. How long they need to be cooked depends on their thickness.
- Vegetable oils, including olive oil, are interchangeable; so are a few sprays of cooking spray. Fries won't turn out as crispy or colorful without oil, but you can always leave it out if you want to.
- Check the bag to see if the fries already have salt added before you sprinkle any on top.
- Steak seasoning, Elote seasoning, and ranch seasoning are three of my personal favorites that can be added to the mix.
DIY Instructions

- Throw frozen fries into a bowl or onto a plate.
- Douse with olive oil.
- Toss in the salt and the oil, making sure it is distributed as evenly as possible across the fries.
- Put them in an air fryer that has been preheated. * basket
- Shake the basket after 7 minutes at 400°F (200°C) in the air fryer.
- Continue air-frying at 400°F (200°C) for 7 minutes, then serve immediately.

- Start preheating your air fryer. * for the most efficient and uniform cooking
- Fries can be cooked directly from frozen; there's no need to defrost them first.
- Fries are better when salted before cooking, when the oil aids salt adhesion.
- Fries cooked in a single layer become crispier, so do this if at all possible.
- The fries will not be as crispy if you layer them, and the cooking time will increase accordingly. Never put more than half of your eggs in the basket.
- Get the best results by shaking them for two thirds of the way.
- Dipping sauces are highly recommended, and I recommend ketchup, chipotle ranch dressing, honey mustard, and barbecue sauce.
- Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to four days; however, they are best eaten soon after cooking.
- Air fry potatoes again for 5 minutes at 300F (150C) to reheat.
